ORDER PROCESSING
You have 24 hours after placing your order to submit your cancellation. After this time frame, we are unable to honor your request.
READY-TO-WEAR & SEASONAL COLLECTIONS
TAS Extensions releases curated Ready-to-Wear collections that may be limited or seasonal. Some styles may sell out quickly and may not restock immediately. Collections may rotate based on campaigns and seasonal drops.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES
Orders may be canceled or modified only if the order has not yet shipped or entered the
customization/preparation process. Once an order has begun processing, customization, or has been shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
Due to the nature of hair products and hygiene standards, all sales are final after shipping.
• If an order has not shipped, clients may request a cancellation and refund.
• Once an order has been shipped, it is non-refundable.
• Refunds or replacements will only be considered if there is a verified issue with the order on our end.
SHIPPING SCHEDULE
Orders are shipped on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays. Tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped. • Express shipping orders must be placed before noon on shipping days.
• Tracking information will be provided once the order has shipped.
• TAS Extensions is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once packages leave our facility.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Clients are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. TAS Extensions is not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect information provided
PICKUP POLICY
PICKUP SCHEDULE
Pickup is available on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
You will receive a “Ready for Pickup” notification via email once your order is prepared and available.
IMPORTANT PICKUP DETAILS
Orders must be picked up during scheduled pickup days and hours only
Please wait for your pickup confirmation email before arriving
Have your confirmation number ready at the time of pickup
LATE OR MISSED PICKUPS
If you are unable to pick up your order during the scheduled times, please contact us to reschedule. We are not responsible for missed pickups outside of designated hours.
