After years behind the chair, styling and coloring extensions for clients, Jo—the founder of TAS Extensions and the stylist behind @JoDoesHair—realized one thing: beautiful results require beautiful hair. Clients would often ask where they could purchase the same flawless extensions she used, or they’d bring in low-quality bundles that made it difficult to achieve professional, long-lasting styles.
Frustrated with inconsistent quality in the market, Jo set out on a mission to find better. She traveled to India, China, and Singapore, studying hair sourcing and production from the ground up—all to bring her clients the best of the best. After a full year of research and testing, TAS Extensions was born in 2019.

Joanna, most affectionately known in the beauty service industry as JoDoesHair, is leading the way as one of South Florida’s master hairstylists, colorist and budding hair vendors. As the Founder and CEO of both JoDoesHair and TAS Extensions, a mommy of three and a fiancé, she has proven that it is possible to have it all.
When Jo is not doing hair she can be found spending quality time with her children, family and friends, traveling, or curling up to watch the latest episode of “Home Edits” on Netflix!
