The TAS Extensions return policy, Shipping information and general information is outlined below.

 

I ordered online, but I want to cancel my purchase. Is it too late?

You have 24 hours after placing your order to submit your cancellation. After this time frame, we are unable to honor your request

How long after ordering will it take my package to arrive?

Orders will be processed in 3-5 business days during regular season and 7-10 business days during sales and holiday timeframes. Once your order is processed you will receive an email notification that it has been shipped. You can track your order via the shipping carrier for approximate arrival date.

 

REFUND POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

 

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within 48 hours of the order’s delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags, package and labels attached. All sales are final once items are installed, worn, colored, used, etc. & are is non- refundable. To return items, please email us at Hair@tasextentions.com and we’ll reply in 48hours.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable

A 20% restocking fee will be charged for all returns

Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer

 

CAN I CHANGE MY ADDRESS BEFORE IT SHIPS?

For security and fraud prevention, addresses may not be altered once the order has been submitted. TAS Extensions must be shipped to a physical address. We will not ship to P.O. BOXES.
